How many nights can I book a minimum?
We accept stays of two nights.

Should we bring our towels, our sheets?
No, you will find in our apartments all the linens needed.

The apartments have an Internet connection?
All our apartments are equipped with a wireless Internet system. Please bring your laptop, it is not provided.

Y Does the phone in the apartment?
In some apartments, yes, but for incoming calls only. it is not possible to use the phone to make calls.

Can we smoke in the apartments?
In respect of each and its environment, our apartments are non-smokers.

The pets are allowed?
In general, animals are allowed on a small surcharge.

Are there any toiletries in the bathroom?
We provide individual soap but know you will not find a shower gel or shampoo in the apartments.

Finds there any cleaning products?
You have an obligation to make ourselves the apartment in clean condition in which you found it. To do this we provide the necessary cleaning.

Our first breakfast is insured?
Yes, we offer a small "breakfast basket" for the first day. It gives you the option of not having to run errands for breakfast.

Must I pay taxes "tourist"?
No, they are included in the rental price.

The sheets need to be cleaned before we left?
No, we carry out this task.

Must we ourselves clean sheets during our stay?
No, we change the sheets once a week.

Getting an apartment in the state: What does this mean?
That means no damage, no breakage. This means the bins emptied, cleaned and put away the dishes, swept floors.

Once there we can extend our stay?
If the reservation status of the apartment allows, we will gladly respond to your request. It is certainly more prudent to organize before your arrival.

Where do we get the keys?
A representative of Smart Living awaits you in the apartment. You have taken care to tell us before you leave, your exact time of arrival.

Can I pay with a credit card on-site balance of the rent?
The balance of your stay can be paid locally in cash, checks in Euros or travelers checks in euros and mandatory. Before you arrive will give you a mail can also pay by bank transfer.

When is the deposit refunded?
When returning the keys, control of the apartment is made by one of our representatives and if no damage is found, the deposit is re-credited to your account the days of your departure and if the deposit was made in cash or by check, you are returned immediately. What should we do if something goes wrong in the apartment?
Please call without hesitation services. We will take action immediately.

When should I arrive?
Our services are available every day throughout the year. But be careful, there has certain rules. Arrivals are between 15h and 20h, departures between 8am and 12pm. A supplement will be charged for arrivals departures made outside these hours. For more information see our conditions of hire.

How do I confirm my reservation?
You must return a signed contract and pay the reservation deposit by bank transfer between accounts or by check in Euros. No reservation will be confirmed without removal from the contract and payment of the deposit.

Can I invite friends to sleep?
